The new owners are super nice, very friendly and helpful! Everything is very reasonably priced. The perfect place for when you need something in a pinch, but I would also highly recommend going in for a quick look-see; I can guarantee they’ll have something you need at a very competitive price. Will be coming back regularly for sure
I am leaving a one-star review for this dollar store because the experience I had as a customer was both surprising and unacceptable. When visiting any retail store, especially one where items are openly displayed with visible price tags, customers reasonably expect to be able to pick up products to examine them. That is a standard part of shopping. However, during my visit, I was told not to touch an item that clearly had a price tag on it, implying it was meant for sale. Being corrected for normal shopping behavior made the store feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. This interaction created an environment where I felt more like a problem than a valued customer. If an item is not meant to be touched or purchased, it should not be displayed on a shelf with a price tag. Instead, it should be placed behind the counter or labeled accordingly. The responsibility for clear communication falls on the store, not on the customer who is simply trying to shop in a normal and reasonable way. Ultimately, this experience affected my view of the store’s professionalism and customer service. A dollar store should be a convenient place to browse and buy everyday items without confusion or unnecessary confrontation. Being told not to touch something that appeared to be for sale prevented me from completing a simple shopping trip and left a negative impression that overshadowed the rest of the visit. For these reasons, I believe a one-star rating accurately reflects the quality of the service I received.
I got my balloons from here, the owner is patient and flexible when it came to my order and timing. My child will always leave her store with a smile because she goes above and beyond for her customers. The store is always tidy and will have what you need
Hey Dollar store, me and my siblings came to this place, there was 4 of us. Our Mom gave us permission to walk over while she was in the other store. We proceeded to walk in and was there for about 5 minutes looking around, the lady there proceeded to kick us out saying only 2 people could shop at once. We were really disappointed and upset. Recommend allowing more then 2 People in.
This place is excellent! It’s small however it’s a gem! The new owners that have taken over the store are really nice! On top of that you can find products that are a score for a fair price there, comparing to the actual retail value in larger competitive stores! You save money here! Definitely will be visiting here again in the future!!
Love this little gem of a dollar store in Binbrook! Has tons of everything you need plus the owner Ngan does incredible balloon displays for every occasion. She's a true artiste. Staff are super friendly and my kids love shopping there. ❤️
This place is the king of price gouging! I went in today to get some hand sanitizer and they wanted $40 for a 750ml bottle! When I confronted the store owner and told him he was a price gouger he told me to leave.
